continuous suction unit. Feature 1. An energy-saving clutch is installed on the main motor shaft.
The cylinders are driven by triangular belts and then the take-in
rollers are driven by the cylinders. This machine has a simple and
reliable structure and can be stably started. This machine is
equipped with take-in roller revolution speed sensors in order to
interlock the take-in roller revolution speed with the doffer
start/stop to prevent block. 2. The doffer motor is equipped with a frequency-change stepless
speed-regulation system for slow head generation, fast and easy
operation, sensitive and reliable control. The transmission unit is
driven by a synchronous motor, resulting in stable operation and
low noise level. 3. The feed rollers are driven by a separate motor. The
frequency-change stepless speed-regulation system is interlocked
with the doffer. 4. The three rollers are used for cotton stripping. The positive
driving cleaning roller is installed above the three rollers to
prevent the doffer ripping by carding clothing. A mobile
channel-shaped arc plate cotton collector is installed between the
dress roller and big press roller to increase operation stability. 5. A dust filtration box is installed on the left of this machine.
Continuous suction unit can collect the waste cotton from this
machine and store it in the dust filtration box. Then the waste
cotton will be sucked out by a dust removal system outside the
machine. 6. The specially designed machine frame has high strength and can
be easily adjusted to dismantle the big undercasing of cylinder. 7. This machine is suitable for feeding cotton from a cotton roll
or cotton box.. 8. The front and back fixed flat tops and take-in roller carding
plates are provided. 9. Cylinder doffers have the optimized structure, enhanced rigidity
and precision. 10. The convenient and safe fully-enclosed shell is provided. 11. Self-stop can be conducted at four points. 12. The flat tops are provided with 0.56mmsmall heel-and-toes to
